Tim Caywood
ELDER
Judy and I met and married in 1977 while I was serving as an associate pastor at a large church in South Seattle. My service to Christ and his Church has been multifaceted and fruitful.
We have three grown children in Washington, Texas and New York State. Our Zoom sessions help maintain the love we share as a family. Having lived 40 years in the Seattle area, then 15 years in Stockton, California, we moved to Caldwell in 2021. After a rigorous search, we have been delighted to attend Lakeview Bible Church since November 2022. My heart is full of love for God and the body of Christ. It is an honor at this time in my life to be chosen to serve at Lakeview Bible Church.

Robert Humphries
ELDER
I was born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho. Becky and I both attended Pocatello High School and were good friends. After graduation I joined the US Navy and while stationed on my first ship Becky and I became pen-pals. In 1988 we traded our stationary for wedding rings. In our late 20s we were invited to a church service where we both heard the Gospel for the first time and accepted Christ as our Lord and Savior. Shortly after accepting Christ I felt God’s call on my life to become a preacher, so Becky encouraged me to begin my college journey. I earned my Associates, Bachelors, and Masters Degrees in Religion. I served 22 years in the Navy and after retirement we moved back to Idaho where I pastored my first church for the next 12 years.
We have two married daughters that have blessed us with 9 grandchildren (7 in our arms and 2 in heaven). We also have a teenaged son that is still living at home with us. We enjoy hunting, camping, fishing, bike riding, and playing games with friends and family.
We began attending Lakeview Bible Church in December 2023. I love teaching and preaching God’s Word and enjoy serving His people whenever He gives me opportunities.

Scott F. Guinn
LEAD PASTOR
I was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington, where I accepted Christ at the age of 5 and was baptized at 7. I moved to Idaho in 1989 and married Kristi (who was raised in Star) in 1991. In 2011, after 20 years of a childless marriage, God blessed us with a miracle adoption of a newborn baby boy that He saved from getting aborted.
Since my late teens I have ministered in various capacities, such as a youth minister, worship leader, college group leader, deacon, and elder. After moving to Boise, I served a few years as a youth and music minister at a church in Meridian. Then I pastored a home church in Boise for two years, which merged with a new church that would later become known as Christian Life Fellowship Boise. After serving several years at CLF as a worship leader (and volunteering in different ministries), I was asked to become the pastor, where I remained for 16 years. In 2022 I was hired as an associate pastor here at Lakeview. In 2023 I was made the teaching pastor and then in 2024 I was made the lead pastor.
I love God, God’s Word, and God’s people, and I am honored and excited to serve as the pastor of Lakeview Bible Church.

Scott Riggan
WORSHIP PASTOR
I’m so grateful to be a part of what God is doing at Lakeview Bible Church!
After graduating from Bible College with a BA in Biblical Studies, I relocated to Nashville to work in the music industry as a full-time songwriter and touring musician. I eventually moved back to Emmett, and during that time I’ve served as Worship Pastor for two different churches in the Treasure Valley.
Over the years, I have continued recording and performing concerts around the globe (four continents and counting!), leading worship for churches and conferences as well as coaching worship leaders and teams. To find out more about my music ministry, visit www.scottriggan.com

Kyler Gardner
YOUTH PASTOR
I was born and raised in Gilbert, Arizona, where I grew up in a family that was faithful to church and to the Lord. At 18, I accepted Christ, and that decision set the course for everything that’s followed. I’m married to my wonderful wife, Jessica, and together we’ve been blessed with four amazing kids who keep our house full of noise, laughter, and love.
Ministry has been part of my life for pretty much my entire adult life. Early on, I felt the Lord calling me to serve students, and I’ve chased that calling ever since. After graduating Bible College, I spent nine years teaching at a Christian school in Twin Falls, Idaho, pouring into the next generation and learning what it really means to walk alongside young people. When the Lord began leading me in a new direction, that path brought me here, to Lakeview Bible Church. I couldn’t be more excited to serve this church family and to invest in our youth group.
My goal in youth ministry is simple: to equip and encourage our students to faithfully walk with God, follow Him boldly, and serve others with love. I love the Lord, and I firmly believe that our top priority as God’s people is to love and serve Christ the way He has loved us. When we live that out, it naturally overflows into discipling and mentoring one another, helping each of us live a life that honors and glorifies the Lord.
I’m so grateful for the opportunity to serve here at Lakeview Bible Church, and I’m looking forward to growing alongside this church family as the Lord allows!
Ephesians 2:4–7
