Meet Our Staff

I was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington, where I accepted Christ at the age of 5 and was baptized at 7. I moved to Idaho in 1989 and married Kristi (who was raised in Star) in 1991. In 2011, after 20 years of a childless marriage, God blessed us with a miracle adoption of a newborn baby boy that He saved from getting aborted.
Since my late teens I have ministered in various capacities, such as a youth minister, worship leader, college group leader, deacon, and elder. After moving to Boise, I served a few years as a youth and music minister at a church in Meridian. Then I pastored a home church in Boise for two years, which merged with a new church that would later become known as Christian Life Fellowship Boise. After serving several years at CLF as a worship leader (and volunteering in different ministries), I was asked to become the pastor, where I remained for 16 years. In 2022 I was hired as an associate pastor here at Lakeview. In 2023 I was made the teaching pastor and then in 2024 I was made the lead pastor.
I love God, God’s Word, and God’s people, and I am honored and excited to serve as the pastor of Lakeview Bible Church.

I’m so grateful to be a part of what God is doing at Lakeview Bible Church!
After graduating from Bible College with a BA in Biblical Studies, I relocated to Nashville to work in the music industry as a full-time songwriter and touring musician. 22 years ago, I moved back to Emmett, and during that time I’ve served as Worship Pastor for two different churches in the Treasure Valley.
Over the years, I have continued recording and performing concerts around the globe (four continents and counting!), leading worship for churches and conferences as well as coaching worship leaders and teams. To find out more about my music ministry, visit www.scottriggan.com

I have been married to Erica since 2014. We are former foster parents, with one child of our own. We desire to see every student know God’s love for them, and teach every student how they can respond to that love. We love fellowshipping over dinner, hiking, and photography.

I am currently the Children’s Ministries Coordinator at Lakeview Bible Church and a student at Christian Leaders Institute. I am working toward my bachelor’s in Christian Leadership with a minor in Divinity. It is my calling to one day be a Children’s Ministries Pastor, to disciple children and families, and to develop and nurture their walk and relationship with Jesus Christ.

I am currently the Facilities Manager here at Lakeview Bible Church and enjoy serving in this capacity. My wife Paula and I have been members of this church for 12 years. We have served as Sunday School teachers, nursery helpers, and I have served on the Board as a Deacon.
I am retired and enjoy God’s beauty of the great outdoors. I love to fish, hunt, bike, hike, and ski. Paula and I have two adult married children and 5 grandchildren who we love to spend our time with. We are blessed that they live in the area.

My husband and I are both Idaho born and raised. We were high school sweethearts and have been married for 28 years. God has blessed us with 3 beautiful children, our oldest of whom is married and has given us two grandchildren. Our second oldest is engaged and running the family farm with his grandpa. We are excited to see what God has planned for his life. Our youngest is a freshman at Nampa Christian High School. We love watching him play sports and grow into a godly young man.
I love serving the Lord at Lakeview and working alongside the amazing Pastors and staff members.

I am thrilled to be Lakeview Bible Church’s Office Assistant and I am looking forward to serving our Lord together.
I am a born-and-raised Idahoan. I have the great joy of being a wife to my wonderful husband, Scott, and mom to my precious son, Josiah. I love my family and friends, and above all my Lord Jesus Christ.

Stefanie and I moved to Nampa in the mid-80s, and again in 2023. I’m so glad that God brought us to Lakeview Bible Church, where God’s Word is preached and where we learn to follow Jesus more closely.
